Required qualifications
• Higher education in related field
• Proven experience as a graphic designer
• Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of Russian will be a big plus
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
• Highly proficient in design aspects
• Familiarity with current graphics production techniques
• Creative, innovative and resourceful personality with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Strong communications and organizational skills
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Person with initiation, ambition and drive to succeed
• Detail-oriented, flexible personality with excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to produce content under tight deadlines

Job responsibilities
• Create dynamic graphic packages for various projects using Adobe packages
• Develop and follow the processes of preparing advertisement
• Develop and design new posters, billboards, packaging, logos
• Work out the content of advertisement, graphical banners, content of providing templates and necessary graphical materials for social promotion, etc.
• Develop promotion banners of organization, slides and other promo contents
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts,
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
• Work as part of a team with marketing specialists and executives
