  • If you are a person with strong communication skills, then FYM Management is looking for you for the position of Sales manager.

    Main responsibilities
    1. Having productive cooperation with local and foreign partners, creating contracts, and updating database in CRM on daily basis.
    2. Arranging meetings and site inspections, develop long term cooperation, conducting daily sales calls and emails.
    3. Following all the existing and upcoming reservations deposit deadline, their validity.
    4. Nurturing FYM key partners and growing their potential.
    5. Immediate and timely communication to Management.
    6. Represent FYM in various events and exhibitions.
    7. Keep good relationships with key partners.
    8. Supervise on-site event.
    9. Responsible for implementation of policies and payments.
    10. Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy.
    11. Process all reservation requests from customers.

    Demanded qualifications
    1. University Bachelor's degree.
    2. At least 1 years of working experience as a sales manager in hospitality.
    3. Excellence in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
    4. Productive communication and problem-solving skills.
    5. Flexibility and team workability.
    6. Time management skill.
    7. Successful negotiation skill.
