The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is looking for a candidate for the position of Breakfast Shift Leader.

Job duties

• Supervise breakfast shift and maintain Hotel’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness, consistently deliver exceptional service to the guests
• Train and develop breakfast staff under the direction of the management
• Maintain cooperative, harmonious working relationship within the team
• Conduct breakfast staff meetings prior to shift to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, etc.
• Control inventory to meet the standards
• Maintain reports and records based on the standards
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of the shift. Ensure that cash procedures are followed
• Ensure personal appearance meets the standard and displays professionalism at all times
• Ensure all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures are recognized and enforced to provide a safe and compliant environment for all when in charge of the shift
• Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate Brand’s Vision and Values
• Other job related duties

Required qualifications

• At least 2-year work experience as a waiter or 1 year shift leader in F&B department
• Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Consistent and reliable, with positive attitude
• Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
