Responsibilities
1. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
2. Managing communication between key clients and internal teams.
3. Planning strategy to improve client results.
4. Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
5. Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.
6. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
2. 1-2 previous work experiences in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience.
3. Solid knowledge of Russian and English languages.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people person.
5. Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
6. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to follow through on client contracts.
7. Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account.
8. Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
