    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
    Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
    Knowledge of OPERA PMS will be considered as a plus
    Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
    Strong interpersonal skills.
    Attention to detail, organizing and planning.
    Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
    A true team player with your colleagues.

  • Greet corporate visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and notifies staff when visitors have arrived.
    Answer incoming calls and transfers calls to appropriate offices/staff.
    Schedules conference rooms for meetings.
    Promote hotel facilities and services.
    Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
    Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness of the office.
    Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
    Help office supervisor/manager to monitor and maintain inventory.
    Maintaining and updating files (i.e. filing, photo copying, faxing etc).
