Required qualifications and skills:
• Preferable a graduate of French Department with profound knowledge of French
• English language skills is a great advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Great will to work and master in sales and tourism sector
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up
• High level of verbal and written communications skills
• Good problem-solving and planning skills
• Good time management skills to be able to prioritize tasks and complete them on time
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to think proactively and respond quickly
Responsibilities
• Day-to-day tasks include Investigating and resolving queries from supervisor sales team
• Making proposals of different destinations (relevant training on know how will be provided from senior supervisors)
• Handling different tasks delegated by upper management
• Opening accounts and managing data related with the department
