• Minimum of 6 months AutoCad or similar software experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience. We are willing to train the right candidates.
• Must have good math skills, active listening skills and good problem-solving skills.

• Interpret drawings and specifications from the customer’s jobsite.
• Translate jobsite details into detailed and clear manufacturing instructions for clients.
• Generate CNC programs consistent with manufacturing instructions.
• Checks completed programs by running simulations or tests.
• Analyzes and selects speeds and cutting tools for programs.
• Monitors all programs to make sure they follow manufacturing instructions and safely and successfully completes the required tasks.
• Evaluates all completed designs to validate their functions.
• Complies with all safety rules and regulations.
• Must be hard working, motivated, well organized and task oriented, as well as able to work well under tight deadlines.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect.
• Able and willing to work overtime when needed.
• Strong work ethic, self-directed and self-motivated.
• Must be able to work effectively with little or no supervision.
