Description

Maintain security of the ship and the implementation of the SSP and Standard Procedures.
Responsible for gangway security & access control.
Responsible for security screening of passengers, crew and visitors belongings and personal effects to prevent dangerous and prohibited items being brought onto the vessel.
Undertake security patrols of Restricted, Controlled and Vulnerable areas
Undertake patrols of passenger areas.
Investigates crimes, incidents and safeguarding matters
Compiling statements and reports.
Reporting all crimes, incidents and safeguarding matters.
Participate in security training, drills and exercises.
