The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is looking for an experienced Junior Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for managing F&B service staff and make sure excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

 Oversee the daily operations of F&B department in accordance with operating policies
 Plan food and beverage menus considering clients’ preferences and special requests
 Gather customer requirements (like number of guests and event dates)
 Train and manage food and beverage service staff
 Schedule staff shifts
 Manage stock and place orders as needed
 Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
 Assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods
 Maintain service and sanitation standards
 Handle guest problems and complains
 Provide the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental
goals in a way that will be efficient and effective;
 Other job related duties

Required qualifications

 Higher education preferably in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Business Administration,
or related fields
 At least 3 years of experience
 Great attention to detail and creativity
 Organizing and leadership skills
 Communication and team management abilities
 Ability to work under pressure
 Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
 Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English language
