The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is looking for an experienced Junior Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for managing F&B service staff and make sure excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of F&B department in accordance with operating policies
Plan food and beverage menus considering clients’ preferences and special requests
Gather customer requirements (like number of guests and event dates)
Train and manage food and beverage service staff
Schedule staff shifts
Manage stock and place orders as needed
Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
Assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods
Maintain service and sanitation standards
Handle guest problems and complains
Provide the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental
goals in a way that will be efficient and effective;
Other job related duties
Required qualifications
Higher education preferably in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Business Administration,
or related fields
At least 3 years of experience
Great attention to detail and creativity
Organizing and leadership skills
Communication and team management abilities
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English language
